[OOC] 30 Days of Character Development - Day 29

How does your character smell? Do they wear perfume or cologne?
Jack wears no artificial scents, but being from the fifty-first century, he does have some natural advantages in that area. He naturally emits advanced pheromones that make him smell nice under most circumstances, and when aroused (or when he consciously chooses to do so) he also emits a mild aphrodisiac. He usually smells slightly minty, with flowery overtones.

Would they be more likely to act for the good of one or the good of many? He used to be all about himself, but these days he's far more likely to act in the interest of the many.
Are they manipulative? He used to be a con man, so yes. He's still on a career track that lends itself to keeping secrets and manipulating people into giving him what he needs, but he tries to only do it in a professional capacity.
Choose a holiday and come up with a potential scenario involving your character and that holiday. One of Jack's worst experiences with Torchwood happened on New Year's Eve, 1999. He was still a freelance agent at the time, having served Torchwood Three for a full century that year. The team leader at the time, Alex Hopkins, used an alien pendant to peer into the future and was so traumatized by what he saw that he believed they would all be better off dead instead of having to face the coming storm. He sent Jack on an errand by himself (knowing that Jack could not be 'spared' the same way, and that Jack would try to stop him), murdered the rest of the team, and waited for Jack's return at midnight to pass leadership of Torchwood Three to him. He then took his own life, leaving Jack as the unwilling sole survivor.
